Coconut puree, also known as creamed coconut, is a thick, rich coconut paste made by finely grinding Cocomi’s organic desiccated coconut. This semi-solid creamy mixture is a useful ingredient for a variety of baked goods and cooked dishes. Use it as a substitute for regular dairy cream, or to add silkiness and flavour to your recipes. Cocomi Coconut Puree is additive-free.
